Thomas Hooper is a Tattooist from Hastings, Great Britain. He studied Drawing at the London Institute of Art and Design, and then moved to New York to pursue art and tattooing. Currently living in Austin, Texas, Thomas is a resident artist at Rock of Ages tattoo studio.
