È mezzogiorno. Come ogni martedì a quest'ora, l'aria si surriscalda e non perché ad agosto nella Death Valley ci sono 45° all'ombra, né perché quando cucina lui la fiamma dei fornelli è sempre eccessivamente alta. È la tensione. La tensione di un duello che si rinnova ogni settimana. È il piombo della sua pistola contro l'acciaio inox delle stoviglie. L'ultima volta si è quasi giocato il mignolo della mano sinistra e il pezzo più pregiato del set di pentole, vinto coi punti del Walmart, è diventato uno scolapasta. Ma oggi non mi rassegnerò: Vlasiy non lo sa, ma non è l'unico ad essere armato.
Alice Congiu nasce a Cagliari nel 1987, la città in cui attualmente vive e lavora. Inizia la sua esperienza nel mondo della grafica nel 2008, realizzando dei progetti per la compagnia isolana “Teatro Impossibile”. Da allora collabora con brand, aziende e associazioni per cui realizza illustrazioni, loghi e manifesti.

It's noon o'clock. Like every tuesday same time, the air gets more and more hot: this is not because August is so hot in the Death Valley reaches peacks of 45°, neither because when he cooks the flaim is always at its highest. The reason is the tension. The tension of a usual, weekly fight. It is the lead of his gun against the steel of the dishes. Last time he nearly lost his left hand's little finger, and the most expensive piece of the pots set, the one they won with Walmart, turned into a stainer. But today is going to be different: Vlasiy doesn't know that, but he's not the only one wearing iron.
Alice Congiu was born in Cagliari in 1987, where she currently lives and works. She first approached the graphic world in 2008, when she started producing artworks for the Sardinia-based company “Teatro Impossibile”. After that, she has been designing illustrations and graphic projects for brands, firms and associations.
